Today, we are all Germans.
It’s hard to know where to start. First, LRG announces the imminent release of Zak McKracken…
… followed by ScummVM shoehorning “A Pirate I Was Meant to Be” into Curse of Monkey Island.
This is likely what Kennedy was referring to with his “ich bin ein Berliner” speech: Today, we’re all German.
Back to Zak. Very few were surprised it ended up being the next LRG release. In fact, oOnly one person seemed to have not gotten the memo.
A courtesy call would’ve been nice, LRG.
Meanwhile, Ronzo’s on-again-off-again game, A Little Something, looks to be on again.
The game may or may not be looking at a 2023 release.
Highfalutin Documentaries
By now, I would hope you would have at least started the brilliant 32-episode PsychOdyssey documentary—find it on YouTube—and if you, like some of us, are perverse enough to have finished the thing… Well, think again.
MinnMax has released a four-episode behind-the-scenes series on PsychOdyssey, shaving a good five more hours off your life. Hey, things aren’t gonna get much better than this, anyway.
Where’s the CEO?!
Our most Glorious Leader is busy on the biz dev front but took some time out of his schedule to inspect a new Mojo feature: “A fusion of old and new that delights the senses,” said the CEO with an approving nod, proclaiming the section to be “PROPER MOJO.” He then pointed out three dozen features needing to be changed before the end of next week.
But, hey, at least a phrase was coined. Next time you see something you like, make sure to call it “PROPER MOJO!”
