Wow, it’s been a quiet week. You wouldn’t think that a NEW MONKEY ISLAND GAME was announced just over a month ago. It sure feels more like three months ago, right? I hope we get something new soon because the forums… well, see for yourself. I for one am keeping myself busy with Monkey Island 2: Special Edition, with the intention of getting through the whole series before the new entry makes its appearance. I’ll let you know how it goes.
Week in Review
As our CEO correctly asserted: quite a slow news week. The Sydney Morning Herald had a short chat with Ron and Dave, and that's about it. But! Who needs news when you can have rumors? Gossip, even.
Over at the Mojo Forums, one OzzieMonkey speculates that we will see more Return to Monkey Island at Summer Game Fest. Screenshots? Trailer? Demo? (How retro would that be?) We will find out on June 9th.

Our scientific study found that 72% of you are ready to shell out up to $200 for ReMI swag, with 12% having no issues throwing out two big ones. $5,000 must have been considered too gauche for the remaining 16%, who instead found $10,000 to be a more appropriate number.

elTee, Mojo’s resident mixologist, once again raids his liquor cabinet. This time: Koffie Van Brunt.
2 tablespoons chilled heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons aged dark rum
2 tablespoons cherry Heering liqueur
2 teaspoons (packed) golden brown sugar
1 1/3 cups freshly brewed coffee
1 orange
1 cinnamon stick
Whisk cream in small bowl until slightly thickened but still pourable. Divide rum, Cherry Heering, and brown sugar between 2 warm mugs. Add 2/3 cup hot coffee to each mug and stir to dissolve sugar. Spoon whipped cream atop coffee. Finely grate small amount of orange peel and cinnamon over drinks and serve.
