Weird British Game Shows
Yeah, I don’t even know. Some bizarre British game show had some question about parts of a ship, and some comedian(?!) answered “Monkey Island,” and none of it made sense to me.
Our very own Huz chastised me for my interpretation of what actually happened on the show, and I choose just to claim typical American ignorance and wash my hands of the whole thing.
Still, Monkey Island has really been a hit on the British TV circuit as of late.

Ever the cynics, Mojo mostly decided not to believe Ron’s April 1st Return to Monkey Island pre-announcement. Our ray of sunshine, Jason, went as far as to call it “Ron’s tired schtick.” Whoops!
Some may remember that we changed Mojo’s front page to this post-ironic joke on the same day. Still, beating our 2002 extravaganza – which enraged many and which was circulated as the real thing for years to come – is hard.

Granted, I couldn’t care less about actual achievements, but Rose gives you some good responses when presented with the four different mops you can construct to become a LeShip crew member.
